Customer Success Executive

Full-time Customer Success Executives will be part of our team to deliver excellent services that fulfill our vision of simplifying the daily work of F&B business owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise business owners about the company’s services

  • Coordinate service delivery to customers satisfactorily

  • Collaborate with departments such as Digital Marketing / Engineering to perfect the user experience, including securing data for AI training

Requirements:

  • Good command of English, equivalent to TOEFL iBT 70/120

  • Being open-minded, willing to work in a multinational environment

  • Having a mindset Serving customers, talking is doing

  • Strong sales skills: customer insights, negotiation, engagement, project management, time management. 

  • Having strong business acumen

  • Good communication
